Neighborhood gem! The sangria is strong and good, great price for the wine bottles. The food doesn't miss! Get the lamb chops! Fun spot, they have live music often and the service is wonderful.

I've always wanted to check out La Sala. I was a frequent patron of their sister restaurant (Tu Casa) when I lived in the area and the food was always good. La Sala is smaller although the atmosphere is more suitable for celebrating a special occasion. Visited early on a Thursday evening and service started off a little rough. The waitstaff seemed overwhelmed although there weren't many patrons there yet. We sat ourselves at an available table and were provided with water, however, we did not see our server again for another 20 minutes. The cocktails we ordered arrived pretty quickly. Appetizers about 15 minutes later. The food arrived 30 minutes later - could have been longer. The beautiful presentation and flavor profile redeemed the very slow service. My favorites were the jamon croquettes and tuna sushi roll. They offered us a slice of complimentary tres leches for my friend's birthday, complete with birthday music and sparklers. The wait staff became a bit more attentive toward the end of our dining experience though they were very pleasant throughout and gave great suggestions. By the time we left the restaurant was buzzing and very lively. I also felt the value for the meal was very good. For about $180 (inc. a good tip) we got 2 entrees, 2 appetizers and 4 cocktails. I would definitely revisit when in the area.

Exceptional experience at La Sala on a Saturday night! We arrived at 7 pm (right before more guests came and packed the house). The restaurant is on the smaller side but has plenty of seating inside, outside, and at the bar. The outside area opens up and becomes a wonderful outdoor dining experience! There is also heaters in there for when you visit during the fall/winter. The fooooooood. Omg. Yes, they are a tapas bar... but in addition to their small bites, they have regular size entrees! The flavor does not lack!!!! It gives true Spanish fusion vibes. You will be blown away by everything. Especially if you get what I got: - Chicken empanadas... juicy and tasty chicken encased in a corn shell. Perfection. - Guacamole and plantain chips... a combination made in heaven; the bowl they serve it in is so clutch too - Carne y frites... a fan favorite and one of my favs too. The steak is cooked just as I asked and paired well with the brussel sprouts and fries! - Chuleta en Leña... those lamb chops are something else. My all time favorite!!!! They are Smokey, juicy, and tender. Don't even worry about eating it with utensils. Grab the bone by the hand and chomp away!!!!! - Churros... omg a perfect end to a perfect meal honestly. Drizzled with chocolate and had a warm filling of not really sure of what but it was so good. The drinks! Oh my! I wish I had gotten to try their sangrias but that means I need to come back. And if their sangrias are anything like their cocktails then I know I won't be disappointed. I ordered the Flor de Jamaica. And yes, I loved it. I loved it so much that I drank it too fast and felt the alcohol too fast. Hhahah. That's how good it was. They have beer and that is what my plus one ordered, a Blue Moon. :') The service was so great. They were attentive to everyone's needs. They made sure everyone had their orders in and were served in a timely manner. There were two birthdays when I was there... so I got to see how they sing happy birthday to customers! A sparkler, free dessert, and sign!!! How awesome. Overall, absolutely a fabulous choice to dine at!!! I loved everything including the live music and the sound of happiness coming from other guests in the dining room. Please get yourself in here!!

I was here 2 Sunday's ago. The staff was very kind and accommodating. The ambiance was lovely. And the food was bomb. I will most certainly be back. I had the Salmon Machu Pichu and babyyyyy. It was incredible. The plantain was ripe and sweet, just perfectly crisp just like I like it. It was so good. My date has the Chuleta and he said it was excellent. I promise that was the best tres leches I ever had. I'm not even dragging it on this review. I will be back.

La Sala by Tu Casa Tapas Bar offers a fantastic dining experience that's sure to delight. Despite their small plate format, the food is incredibly delicious and satisfyingly filling. The sangria hits all the right notes, perfectly complementing the flavors of the dishes. Plus, the live music adds a lively and entertaining ambiance to the evening. Overall, La Sala is a must-visit for anyone craving delicious tapas and a great time.

I recently dined at La Sala by Tu Casa and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is charming and inviting, with a cute theme that adds to the overall ambiance! The Mac and Cheese dish was absolutely delicious, and my mom ordered the Salmon with quinoa, and she thoroughly enjoyed it as well. The food was not only tasty but also beautifully presented. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, La Sala by Tu Casa exceeded my expectations!

Came here on a Wednesday night with a friend. Found this place via Yelp. There was no wait and was seated promptly once we entered. Started off with guacamole ($13) that came with long plantain chips which were really good. Got the macarrones con queso ($15) that was topped with shredded pork which was my fave dish. And the main dish we got the talavera tacos ($26) which was very filling and delicious. Overall had a really good experience and would def stop by if l am in the area. * Good service

Came here for a birthday day dinner. The place inside is very cute. There was a great selection of food and great portions. The prices were reasonable great for large groups. I got to try the lamb chops and taco platter as well as the empanadas. Food was good. For drinks we got 3 pitchers red, white and black berry sangria not the typical sangria im used to as it was way too sweet! I would of prefer a dry red or white wine so that it can balance out the sweetness. The black berry was a big No for me tasted like pure sugar and not enjoyable. I would recommend maybe trying their cocktails instead. Service was fast an attentive the only thing I would say we were a large party so they brought out everyone's food at different times so by the time Some were done eating they were bringing our entrees for others. But overall very accommodating restaurant
